Spiro is hiring a Shop Technician to join our production team. The SHOP TECHNICIAN works in partnership with production management to deliver a best-in-class product. The SHOP TECHNICIAN position is responsible for cleaning and organizing the production and warehouse spaces in our facility. This position focuses on housekeeping tasks in the fast-paced environment of a trade show exhibit house, where deadlines cannot be missed.

Daily housekeeping of both production & warehouse areas- Removal of debris & construction waste in production area
- Light carpentry work such as crate stenciling
- Light maintenance work as needed
- Coordination with Operations Manager for specific maintenance projects
- Maintain a clean workspace & follow company safety guidelines

This position reports to the Production Foreman. This is a support position in the fast-paced environment of a trade show exhibit house. The candidate is expected to follow all company policies and safety guidelines while upholding the quality standards of the company.
