Workhorse Staffing is looking for a full time Showroom Coordinator/Receptionist in Grand Ledge.

Job Description: New local Kitchen and Bath showroom is looking for the right person to welcome our customers in search of remodel or material services and be an advocate for our business. Supporting day to day office and showroom duties and aids the management staff in all areas needed.

Skills Preffered:

• Verbal Communication and greeting in person and by phone

• Computer and Typing Skills

• Basic Math Skills

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to

• Serve visitors, builders and remodelers with greeting and direct them as needed into first initial meeting with designer

• Communicate Appointment Policies and Processes

• Answering phones and emails and return calls to customers, vendors, sub companies, labor teams.

• Vendor, account, clerical, and inventory relations.

• Aid in maintaining estimate follow-ups and new business. Aiding in building estimates and invoices.

• Collecting invoice payments, placing new orders, warranty orders, credits, delivery calls and tracking

• Contributes to the team

• Aid Management Staff in calendars, organize meetings and appointments of designers and labor team when needed.

• Work directly with designers and labor team on client relations and follow-up.

• Order and maintain full literature and sample areas with management staff

• Aid Management in website, marketing and social media applications

• Maintain a clean showroom and office area

• Ask for referral business

• Willingness to grow with the company platform
