Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal/written and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently to maintain account relations in a timely manner.
• High paced customer service experience preferred.
• Outstanding presentation and interpersonal skills
• Strong focus on customer service with the ability to manage and resolve solutions to issues
• Extremely organized and highly motivated

Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients assisting with all of the in-home technology needs.
• Responsible for all client/customer communication.
• Acts as the initial point of contact with our clients.
• Ensures the proper departments execute according to internal operational guidelines and established work flows.
• Serves as an example by working synergistically with all business units.

Requirements:

• 5 years Sales experience background preferred.
• Experience (formal or informal) managing accounts
• Mastery of both oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work with a team; achieving the simultaneous results of both company and individual success
