We have multiple career opportunities as Skills Trainer to work hand in hand with educators and therapist building brighter futures for children, teens and families.
About the Opportunity:
Works under the weekly supervision of the assigned Prevention Specialist in the planning, implementation and evaluation of prevention-focused skills training for school-aged youth and families.
This position is based in the school and will sometimes include homes and the community at large.
Position Time/hours: Full-time and Part-time. Various shifts available!
Wage Range: $19-$21/hour (doe)
About You:
- You are seeking meaningful work and career growth.
- Love to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
- Empathetic towards children, adolescence and colleagues
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office products.
- Have an acceptable driving record and current license for state of residence.
Preferred:
- Associates Degree or higher in Psychology, Social Services or Human Development.
- Experience in a psychiatric/behavioral health treatment facility with children or adolescents
