Job Description
Position: Repair Shop Equipment Technician
Overview:

Position will repair engines and perform scheduled maintenance on a wide variety of customer-owned and store-owned rental equipment.

Our Equipment Technicians work in a clean, modern, climate-controlled work environment, where they can work comfortably all year round.
Minimum education requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience in small engines or an aptitude for general mechanics
- 2-stroke engine experience
- Skill in establishing priorities and managing both workload and time wisely
- Ability to communicate effectively with both customers and co-workers
- Ability to work with a team
- Ability to follow verbal and written work direction
- Ability to multitask and follow through on work assignments, especially
- Ability to follow health and safety compliance
- Diagnose and repair vehicles to ensure customers can receive repaired equipment and feel safe and able to use the equipment with ease
- Work as part of a team to solve technical and mechanical problems quickly and efficiently
- Follow and promote high standards of safety, cleanliness and organization
