As a TCC, Verizon Authorized Sales Consultant/SMB Specialist at Wireless Nation you will utilize your passion to provide excellent customer service. Your ability to provide a unique sales experience and the right products, will create loyal customers and business contacts for life!

What is expected of our Sales Consultants at TCC?
- Be a Rockstar. Utilize the training, tools, and resources to create a unique sales experience for our customers.
- Building Relationships. Connect with our existing customers to share exciting information.
- Make Money. Achieve sales goals, make great commission, and earn additional rewards. Potential to earn between $40,000 and $60,000 annually but there’s no cap on earnings!

The SMB Specialist position held in addition to your responsibilities as a Technology Sales Consultant. 80% of your time will be spent performing your current tasks and 20% will be spent focused on SMB.
SMB Specialist Responsibilities:
- Achieve YOY SMB Growth in your district
- Be up to date with all SMB trainings, price plans, promotions
- TCC/Zone SMB Specialist Certification courses need to be completed
- Maintain relationship with Verizon Business Account Managers.
- Work with District Manager on how to drive better SMB results in stores.
- Manage funnels and hold calls with district (bi-weekly at least)
- Assist district team members with anything SMB related.
- Possible travel for business meetings or implementation of new plan and devices
