This is an on-call position that pays hourly. Hours fluctuate seasonally: Must be available on an on-call basis typical start times for storms is 2-3 am.

Requirements:
- Provide outstanding plowing/shoveling service and keep our client's properties safe from the dangers snow and ice can create.
- You must be a team player and team builder, who enjoys skill sharing, is a problem solver, and is looking to be a part of a team of professionals.
- Must be available on an on-call basis for each snowfall 2" or more.
- Operate snow shovel, blowers and apply deicing products to walkways.
- Must have reliable transportation to our location
- Be available on an "on-call" basis
- Must be able to get our location 1 hour from the time called
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Clean driving record of at least 3 years
- Ability to work outside in cold weather for several hours at a time
- Ability to work individually or with a team
- Driver License (increase in Pay) Mandatory for Plow Driver
- Must have Smartphone

Wage: $22-$30/hr, based on experience, licensing/certifications, and skill set.
$300 sign-on bonus for those who work every event the season
