Social Media & Email Management Marketing Specialist

We are currently looking for an experienced and dynamic Social Media & Email Management Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity for planning, implementing, and managing social media and email strategy. This includes direct management of our social media content, responses, scheduling, and analysis. Additionally, you will manage the development, publication, and performance analysis of our email content.


What you'll do:

  • Manage social media and email content creation, platforms, and responses to consistently drive engagements and leads
  • Manage relationship with agency(s) and vendors to ensure high ROI on social media and email investment
  • Work closely with brand managers to develop social and email campaigns
  • Track performance of post engagements and email campaigns and align to KPIs
  • Develop quarterly roadmap for social media and email and execute against plan
  • Evaluate new opportunities for content, technology, partnerships to continue to drive high engagement and performance
  • Manage social media responses, identify potential issues within markets and present opportunities to effectively maintain goodwill with our franchisee audiences
  • Present performance analysis, opportunities and go to market strategies with leadership


What you will bring:

  • Degree in Marketing or related field preferred
  • 3 years’ experience managing social media content and campaigns
  • 3 years’ experience managing agency relationship and accountability for results
  • Deep understanding of performance metrics for social media and email campaigns
  • Proficiency in planning, coordinating, and executing multiple campaigns across multiple channels
  • Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Tendency to be a solid team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills


Working Conditions:

Travel may be required, about 10%.
