Nursing Home Social Services Director Opportunity!

Oak Lawn Respiratory & Rehab Center is looking for a dynamic and experienced Social Services Director. Candidate must be experienced in social services processes, including but not limited to management of resident services, documentation, MDS/care planning, advanced directives, and discharge planning. Candidate must also be able to multi-task and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment! Nursing home experience and excellent customer service is required. Competitive pay and benefits program. Education/Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 1 year of Social Services experience in a SNF setting required

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
