Ability to work on a wide range of/highly specialized/cutting edge technology(ies) such as enterprise solutions, system integration, technical architecture, business intelligence, infrastructure, technology research, new technology development, etc; delivery high quality solutions across multiple platforms/technical domains; ability to learn on the fly and deliver designs/solutions quickly.

Seeking an individual with IT Asset Management experience (both hardware and software) with a focus on Software Asset Management, the ability to deconstruct software licensing contracts and translate into terms and conditions that can be entered as entitlement into a Software Asset Management repository. ServiceNow SAM Pro module experience required. Candidates should have previous software license reconciliation experience with major software publishers and experience managing hardware assets in a dynamic environment. Mandatory customer service and communication skills. Ability to keep a quick pace, learn new tools and processes. Working heavily within the Software Asset Management module within ServiceNow to handle Service Requests, validate requests, check for available licenses, follow up with teams who are not responding, providing status to end users, entering license entitlement as purchases are made, and allocate licenses and license keys where appropriate. Familiarity with the ServiceNow License Workbench and reconciling software license consumption within the tool. Work on special license reconciliation projects, hardware refresh, and help drive the maturity of the ITAM program for NM. Must be motivated with the ability to "hit the ground running".

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Cumulative of prior level plus following:

• Subject Matter Expert in Software Asset Management
• Familiarity with top tier software licensing terms and conditions
• Ability to deconstruct software licensing contracts into actionable license reconciliation rules
• Self organized
• ServiceNow SAM Pro experience
• Fundamental Hardware Asset Management experience
• Fundamental Configuration Management experience
• ITIL foundations a plus
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with cross functional teams
• Subject Matter Expert of one or more technology Domains
• Partnering with vendors and enterprise teams on emerging best practices, patterns and technology.
• Proactively learn emerging platforms and related technology.
• Ability to solve complex technical issues and enable/teach peers to be self sufficient.
• Establish and maintain best practices as it relates to compliance, security, privacy and legal requirements.
• Anticipate deviations from standard practices and find practical ways to move forward.
• Closely follow industry trends relevant to your domain and understand how to apply them to your work as appropriate.
• Break down complex problems into smaller, more manageable ones, and help others to do the same.
• Understand what tools are available and useful for your domain, how they work, and the sorts of situations and problems for which they're useful. Use them effectively and teach them to your teammates.

Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

• 2+ years professional experience in an ITAM role

• * Experience with multiple delivery methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
