This position exists to design, maintain, and support software application, infrastructures, services, databases, network communications, and security. Initiate, manage and coordinate in-house or outsourced IT application software projects.

2. Initiate, manage and coordinate in-house or outsourced IT application software projects.

3. Follow and understand the latest trends in Application and IT industry. Introduce and promote new technology to benefit company as a whole.

4. Support department workload and ensure quality work results.

5. THM – Maintain a clean, organized work area in accordance with the FTPC THM policy.

6. Special projects as assigned by GM, ISC Director, or ISC Manager.

7. SOP Procedures development. Update and provide training on SOP's as required due to changes.

8. Coordinate department activities with the Corp. IT group and provided requested assistance for local departments.

9. Other application and IT management duties and activities as assigned.

10. Resolve inter-department problems/questions. Set up meetings, establish action item list, and follow up on action items to completion with other departments per the agreed schedule.

11. Provide technical assistance for the Site. Assist unit technicians/engineers with root cause analyzes relating to equipment reliable and or abnormal failures.

12. Month-End closing performance reports. Provide reports of past month's abnormal items and current month's plan for areas of responsibility before the 10th of the month.

13. Quarterly Departmental Goal Performance Review. Review all Goals with ISC Director and develop action plan accordingly.

14. Litmos Training and Updates. Complete the personal training requirements per the site wide training schedule.

15. Ensure materials and services are processed for timely payment. Evaluate and process invoices monthly promptly and precisely with "0" outstanding invoices each month.

16. Control Costs & Consumption. Perform daily/weekly activities controlling cost related items such as overtime to less than 4%, regular, and total maintenance cost to t exceed 4% of budget.

17. Provide input on New equipment purchases and spare parts for B-1 projects. Review for all new recommended spare parts relating to newly installed equipment through the B-1 system. Review and comment on equipment purchases ensuring the most feasible design is recommended.

18. Review all Abnormal analysis reports. Review abnormal reports providing recommendations and improvements that will produce reliable equipment completing all recommendation within 30 days of abnormal.

19. Review all Initiated B-1 packages as required, execute to completion, and maintain project files. Prepare B-1 project expense control, B-2 estimation, engineering design, drawing preparation, and purchase evaluation within the scheduled time frame.

20. Coordinate Equipment Trouble shooting. Assist operations in trouble shooting equipment as needed. Update trouble shooting guide and prepare improvement proposal, where justifiable to prevent reoccurrence.

21. Respond and follow all Quality System requirements. Including, ISO and audits.

22. Benchmark information. Provide data and current status relating to the areas compared through the benchmarking program.

23. Formulate Goals & Objectives. Provide goal and objectives to achieve during the upcoming year relating to cost, equipment performance, safety, environmental, and reliability.

24. Review Certification Inspections and Licenses. Scheduled and arrange inspections as required to maintain certification. Audit and control required system licenses.

25. Develop the long-term goals related to application and IT systems.

26. Coordinate Support for Network Operation process control. Provide technical support and compatibility review of all Networked DCS and other related process control equipment as requested by Operations.

27. Review / Monitor of application and IT system traffic. Benchmark captured traffic trends and recommend improvements as necessary to insure a well-functioning system.

28. Provide support, training, problem resolution, engineering assistance, and oversight to the System administrators and systems. Able to act as a full substitute on all systems administered and on engineering activities.

29. Review and Research and develop new application and IT. Investigate, review, and test new technology and provide long-term recommendations and plans.

30. Other duties as assigned.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
