Paramount is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Analyst to play a pivotal role in downstream testing activities (test execution, defect triage, and Line of Business stakeholder communication) for Native Applications. Responsibilities include test execution, monitoring, and collaboration within an Agile/DevOps environment. This team will be instrumental in our bi-weekly delivery within our continuous integration environment. The model has many multifaceted components and requires a consistent, knowledgeable, and focused individual to help sustain standard processes and deliverables.

Responsibilities:
Assist in Maintaining the integrity and health of the production applications
Devise a Bi-weekly Plan to accommodate incoming features from upstream teams, reoccurring regression, and institutional findings
Bi-weekly test execution across all Native Platforms (Apple, Google, Amazon) for both manual and automated scenarios
Effectively Partner with other Downstream Quality Groups
Maintain Synergy with the various Upstream feature Teams
Effectively communicate complex issues within the team.
Provide status updates which include testing progress, impediments, and risk
Sanity checking and monitoring post deployment

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is ideal. A combination of education and similar work experience will also suffice.
2+ years of Native testing experience (Apple, Google, Amazon)
Understanding the Fundamentals of Quality Assurance and the various types of testing
Ability to write clear and concise defects
Flexibility and willingness to learn both independently and with other peers
Experience with Proxy Tools regarding capturing and manipulating network traffic (Charles Proxy, Fiddler) across native platforms.
Experience with VPN clients (ExpressVPN, NordVPN, GeoEdge, etc.)
Understanding of Basic Networking (PAN, LAN)
Experience with Developer environments (Android Studio, Apple Xcode)
Experience with continuous development and build tools (Jenkins, Bamboo, etc.)
Experience with SQL, Unix, Java, or Python
Background in Streaming Technology, Media, or Entertainment

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Hiring Salary Range: $60,000.00 - 80,000.00.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
