Although this is a remote position, we are looking for someone in southern Wisconsin.

The Quality Assurance Software Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality software deliverables to our customers and team members. The ideal candidate will also become a true Pizza Person, knowledgeable in restaurant operations and the deliverables needed to run a successful Toppers Pizza location. This position will be directly responsible for the execution of all software test plans to ensure deliverables meet or exceed design specifications and quality standards. Candidate must be self-motivated, excellence driven, willing to work independently or as a team, and very detail-oriented.

New Initiatives

• Analyzing and developing business application needs and initiatives
• Manage testing and assist in the deployment of business applications
• Maintaining documentation of testing and quality assurance protocol

Software Quality

• Create and maintain overall testing strategies including:
• Test Cases, complex procedures and workflows
• Scripts for functional usage
• User acceptance testing
• Defect Tracking
• Deployment verification and communication
• Monitor feedback mechanisms for restaurants and customers

Minimum Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem resolution and analytical skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Must like Pizza

Experience in the following would be nice:

• Strong documentation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Agile Methodology Experience
• 1-5 years experience in software testing, quality assurance or related
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, QA process and software release cycles
• Experience with automated testing tools
• Microsoft SQL query creation
• BS or BBA in MIS, computer science or related
• Previous experience in the restaurant industry
• Previous experience in eCommerce
