Summary

Rudram Engineering, Inc., is looking for an ambitious and energetic Technical Sales Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the face of Rudram Engineering, Inc., and will have the creative freedom to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

The preferred location for this position is onsite in our Rockledge, FL office which is located on the beautiful SPACE COAST! But we are open to hybrid or fully remote based on candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Requirements

  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
  • Proven experience in software sales proposals, bids and opportunities.
  • Proven sales track record with software services
  • Experience in customer support
  • Proficient in technology knowledge, relationship building and working with internal teams
  • Successful in business development selling to new and existing clients
  • Proven accountability
  • Proficient in English
  • Software services market knowledge and trends
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build a rapport with current and prospective customers
  • Time management and planning skills
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales, engineering, STEM or relevant field

Base salary plus performance bonuses

Pay: $77,577.00 - $92,021.00 per year
