We are American Energy & Construction, a solar and battery+ installer currently serving 40+ counties in Florida.

Over the past 2 years, as installs have become more and more consistent and processes have become more streamlined, it has now come time to hire an administrative staff.

An ideal candidate will be well-organized, personable, and capable of problem solving without hand-holding.

Among other things, You'll be task-oriented, navigating clients through each step of the solar install process and communicating/notating your procedure along the way. - Each municipality has their own unique requirements and nuances.

From the moment a client becomes a "customer," all the way through until PTO, you will communicate and orchestrate each step of the procedure, keeping both the CRM and the customer updated.

Daily, you will be completing a step or multiple steps with multiple customers throughout their process; from the plan-set phase, the permitting phase, scheduling the customers install, the interconnection phase, to finally getting permission-to-operate, PTO, with the utility company. - This is where being well-organized becomes critical.
