SolEnergy is a local full-service solar provider for customers all across the State of Texas. Our team is always looking to grow in all aspects and we are looking to hire a few new members to our installation team. It is our mission to provide the highest quality service for our clients as they become energy independent. We are currently looking to hire energetic installers who can contribute to our team.

Responsibilities:

• Install racking and solar panels on residential roof tops and ground mounts.
• Perform maintenance on the solar system as needed
• Install wiring and other electrical components in residential homes
• Prepare inventory for installs
• Work well with the rest of the team
• Project and vehicle clean up

Qualifications:

• Solar or Construction experience is required
• Ability to transport solar materials and equipment to safely perform the job tasks
• Ability to work on high and steep rooftops in the Texas weather conditions.
• Able to work with power tools
• Must follow OSHA standards for working

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Commission

Pay: $15.00 - $100.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Construction: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)

Work Location: On the road
