Origis Services, LLC is a rapidly expanding Operations and Maintenance provider in the United States. Our solar asset portfolio continues to increase at a near exponential rate, with a mixture of Owner developed and constructed sites and third-party sites contracted, or already under management.

Reporting to the Director of Business Development, the Sales Operations Analyst or Manager is a part of a dynamic team and works at the forefront of improving Origis Services' growth and business results. As a part of the Business Development team, you will focus on generating quantitative insights by implementing and building data tools, as well as keeping a strong pulse on sales practices, business processes, analytics, and customer experience insights to provide well rounded recommendations and support. The Sales Operations Analyst will deep dive into sales leadership meetings, data sets and into the field to understand the sales process and to support the Business Development team generate winning strategies. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide business insights and analytics in support of Origis Services' sales channels
  • Supports a sales operations structure and environment that will promote constant learning from field operations and generate quantitative insights to help business development win more business
  • Run and improve upon internal financial cost models and use them to enhance sales strategy
  • Assist with quarterly and annual financial planning for Origis Services sales growth
  • Administer internal CRM to help maintain accurate records and clarity of sales funnels
  • Run and improve upon sales reports generated for senior leaders
  • Analyze data to support recommendations for solving problems and issues related to sales operations and key stakeholder groups
  • Work with all teams to translate data into meaningful insights to drive decision making, automation and process improvement, and uncover performance opportunities
  • Recommend policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and cleanliness of the CRM
  • Support the development of key performance metrics and dashboards that help the sales organization focus on performance drivers
  • Work with sales leaders and others to prioritize and complete large analytic projects
  • The position could extend outside of data analysis and also work on business process and system optimization
  • Guide all scope of work and cost model development for proposals and RFP submissions
  • Must be able to thrive in a high growth environment and be comfortable working with changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, or related field, or relevant experience
  • Knowledge of Renewables, Solar is a plus
  • Experience administering CRM process and inputs a plus
  • Applied knowledge of financial and business metrics
  • Be comfortable working with all layers of the organization
  • Ability to think strategically about uses of data and collaborate with others
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Experience presenting and reporting on plans and analyses to appropriate stakeholders
  • Independently manage day to day activities

Travel: Up to 10% as deemed necessary by the organization
