Position Overview:

As a Prospect Solar Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling solar door-to-door. This position will require someone who can assist interested homeowners in understanding the benefits and process of going solar while proactively earning their trust and business. It also requires someone who is time efficient, positive, hard-working, self-managing, has excellent people skills, and is wanting to build and manage with Prospect.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent Prospect Solar professionally by providing a high-quality customer experience in all interactions
  • Educate potential customers by increasing solar awareness and becoming an expert on all things solar
  • Provide honest and friendly customer service while managing accounts proactively
  • Participate in various training opportunities to build leadership skills and gain experience that will translate into selling
  • Door-to-door knocking with in-home proposals and sales confirmations

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills with a strong work ethic
  • Extremely self-motivated and coachable
  • Capable of working well under pressure and meeting/exceeding sales goals
  • Able to succeed with minimal supervision
  • Must be available for evenings and Saturdays if necessary
  • Travel required with reliable transportation
  • Applicants must be 18 years+

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Internship

Pay: $75,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
