- Aggressively identify, pursue and acquire a new customer base to generate and maintain profitability to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals.
- Evaluate a customer's needs by conducting waste audits (needs analyses) and provide recommendations to fulfill those needs using consultative sales techniques.
- Develop strong business relationships in order to grow revenue within existing accounts by identifying new business opportunities for the company.
- Develop a clear understanding of customer’s business and critical requirements through communication and visits to customer’s facilities.
- Understand operational capabilities and use of other company resources to provide value added services to existing customers and to acquire new business
- Practice effective territory and time management to handle customer issues and requests promptly and effectively.
- Use strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a variety of personalities from diverse backgrounds.
- Provide analysis information on sales and material projections as part of company product, price, and value added service strategies.
- Interface effectively with other departments and maintain open lines of communication with all employees within MARCK Industries.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a part-time position. Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the “core” work hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

- A 4-year degree and/or equivalent experience.
