- Solution Center Representative - $19/HR – Remote
- Must be located in central, mountain or pacific time zones
Key Responsibilities - Solution Center Representative - $19/HR – Remote
- Assist customers with a range of complex inquiries ranging from financial to general 401K or investment questions.
- Play an instrumental role in helping customers make the best decisions possible regarding their financial needs. - No experience needed! You will get all the training you need!
- Help to support team success with daily team meetings and a strong cooperation
- You’re the go to person for customers across the U.S. looking to make changes to their life insurance or retirement plans
- Supporting customers as they navigate unique decisions that build their financial future
- Provides complete and detailed solutions ensuring first call resolution
- You will have variety in your day – working both individually and collaborating with a team
Required Skills and Knowledge - Solution Center Representative - $19/HR – Remote
- Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred, Associates or some college required
- 1-2 years Customer Service experience preferred in any industry
Benefits and Pay - Solution Center Representative - $19/HR – Remote
- $19.00/hour starting pay
- 4-6 weeks paid training
- Paid Training and excellent benefits including medical, dental and 401k.
- Full time, set schedule, Monday to Friday between 7:00am to 8:00pm
- Fully Remote/Hybrid Options
