Solutions Architect - Full Time

GreyOrange is currently hiring an Architect within the solutions design team. This role will work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to create next generation automation solutions for warehouses leveraging our suite of products and technology sets.

Key Responsibilities:
To create specific solutions sets, leverage our products, that aligns to specific pain points within the warehousing industry today

To optimize existing processes at customer sites to realize full potential of the solutions proposed

To help in creating solutions that optimizes people and processes for customers

To work with sales teams to create solutions to maximize ROI

To manage Customer interaction during Solutioning phase

To understand Customer Business Requirements and prepare a detailed solution

To work with Implementation teams to realize the solutions

To interface with product teams for custom solutions

To prepare documentation on Functional Requirements

To handover documents to internal teams to get the product delivery

To Identify Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for a project

To make sure KPIs are met during Go-Live period and get sign off

To manage operational sites by ensuring KPIs are met and continuous value & improvements are driven to the sites

Requirements:
BE/B.Tech degree or MBA

10-15 years of B2B sales or Enterprise sales in leading companies in IT/Consulting/Solution Sales

Experience creating solutions to map technology solutions to a customer business while optimizing people and processes

Strong Technical Understanding and Analytical Skills

Good understanding of Warehousing is must

Proven ability to Influence technical CXO level decisions

Strong process optimization experience

SCM understanding.

Strong Presentation & Communication skills
