What we are looking for:
A Solutions Engineer to join the Enabling Technology and Architecture (ETA) pillar of the Technology Modernization program. Support accelerated decision-making and provide visibility to decisions and progress being made across the ETA workstreams.
Responsibilities include:
- Gather information and prepare materials to support accelerated decision-making
- Provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions including time and scope involved
- Follow a standard Situation-Complication-Resolutions (SCR) approach to discuss and decide on critical blockers
- Achieve alignment across the GTS Execution Leadership Council members and attendees
- Provide visibility to decisions and progress being made across the Enabling Technology and Architecture workstreams
- Work alongside project management teams to successfully monitor progress and implementation of initiatives
- Account for possible project risks and issues and seek to proactively mitigate them
- Manage priorities within a rapidly changing organization focused on transformation/modernization at scale

Education & Required Qualifications
- B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline
- Experience providing technology solutions directly with engineering teams
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence and/or Clarity
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Proven ability to build relationships with internal teams
- Skilled at explaining technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to diplomatically and effectively manage issues across functional teams
Salary Range:
$80,000 - $132,500 Annual
