We are currently adding a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to our growing team!

TCN is seeking to hire a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join the Talent Acquisition team. This is a remote role reporting to the talent acquisition leader. The TA Sourcer will partner closely with the business the recruiting team to identify, attract, assess, and hire exceptional Mental Health Therapists and Clinical staff to join the TCN network of local clinics in various locations nationwide.

What Youll Do

  • Act as a trusted advisor in topics related to market dynamics, key network groups, diversity attraction, and sourcing technology trends
  • Partnering with business leaders, hiring managers, and recruiting, to assess talent requirements and advise on the best hiring strategy
  • Identifying and assessing a diverse candidate pool partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to create strong candidate pipeline
  • Conducting thorough phone screens to assess both a clinical baseline as well as the ability to be successful in the TCN environment
  • Focusing on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity
What Youll Bring

  • Minimum of 2 years of in-house talent sourcing or head-hunting experience with a focus on pipeline creation, research-based talent engagement, proven understanding of talent acquisition marketing and segmentation
  • Strong industry expertise in sourcing and hiring Mental Health Clinicians and Clinical Staff
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of commitment to identifying and hiring quality talent
  • A deep understanding of the latest sourcing technology, market trends, and talent strategy
  • Advanced experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, and other recruitment search engines
  • Ability to manage multiple searches by using project management and prioritization skills
  • Flexible and adaptable to new approaches to identify talent an ever-evolving applicant market
  • Roll up sleeves, can-do attitude
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Bachelors degree
