Role:Sourcing Specialist
Location:
Remote (must reside in the U.S.)
Status:
6-month temporary role (option for extension)

: $25-$32/hr 40-hour work week
PURPOSE:
Provide support and coordination for the sourcing team for all channels of sales. Support supply chain management. Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage cost savings data/quotes & comparisons as needed
Obtain and manage price sheets and order forms from vendors
Create/review/approve content for sourcing/product information announcements to the system
Manage data & scheduling of vendor scorecard/business reviews
Manage agenda, publish notes and follow up of vendor and product meetings
Assist in tracking and reporting supply chain issues
Manage vendor documentation and system communication
Manage new product submissions and vendor change notices
Compile & track documentation for On-boarding new vendors
Order & track samples for the product team as needed
Maintain and monitor project schedules to ensure on-time delivery
Provide additional administrative support as needed
