Job description
Sourcing Specialist, Interim Leadership Division, will be tasked with adding Leadership prospects into the database assisting recruitment efficiencies and increasing production. Reporting into Director, Interim Leadership, with a dotted line to GM, Professional Services.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Adding new leadership prospects to eRecruit/database
- Updating current leadership contacts within eRecruit to ensure candidate information is accurate
- Navigate recruitment platforms to communicate with potential new prospects
- LinkedIn, Indeed, Social Media, etc.
- Conduct intake calls
- Support recruitment process
- Reference Checks when needed
- Resume build when needed
- Quality Assurance/Quality Control Outreach
- Support recruitment team by communicating pertinent information to active Interim Leadership TOA when applicable
- Collaborate with recruitment, client services, and leadership to ensure all hot jobs are actively being searched on recruitment platforms, at times preparing LinkedIn and Indeed Boolean searches on behalf of Interim Leadership Recruitment Team
- Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- 1-2 years experience in a sales support role and/or customer service preferred but will entertain entry-level candidates also
