Job description
LHH is currently partnering with a company in Oldsmar, FL that is searching for a Sourcing Specialist. This role will be M-F 8-5 onsite, contract-to-hire and paying up to $19.50/hr. depending on experience. Prior sourcing/recruiting experience is required.
Responsibilities:
- Review open requisitions and partner with TA Specialists and hiring managers to verify qualifications and responsibilities for each role
- Utilize various job boards (Indeed/LinkedIn) to source potential candidates
- Strategize creative avenues to generate candidates
- Update Applicant Tracking System to once a requisition has been filled, canceled, etc.
- Assist with outside recruiting events
Qualifications:
- Must be able to come onsite daily
- Prior sourcing/recruiting experience is required
- Prior experience using Indeed, LinkedIn, etc. is required
- Ability to think outside the box and collaborate with team members
