Job description
Job Title: SOW Analyst
Summary:
- Manage the SOW creation process from intake to delivery
- Assist with translating French to English and English to French SOWs
- Assign the appropriate resources to build SOW content and coordinate all necessary SOW reviews and approvals
- Assist with tracking status of open contracts until signed
- Assist with the signature process
- Assist with project resource assignments
- Complete work orders
- Track budget, approve timesheets, approve invoices, and track contract expirations on short-term projects, staff augmentations, and ad hoc general support engagements
- Seek opportunities for process improvement, assist with reporting needs, and submit customer surveys
- Work with multiple teams including sales, presales, engineering, project management, and contracts/compliance to ensure all SOWs adhere to Converge standards
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and system documentation tools
- Experience with SharePoint document management is a plus
- Experience with OpenAir is a plus
- Smartsheets or similar project management tool is a plus
- Fluent in English and French
- Able to read/write in English and French for doing business in Quebec, Canada
