Responsibilities

SCOPE OF WORK

Plays a vital role in the organization's/department's success. Participates in the management of administrative directed tasks associated with Operations Department activities. Must be able to work flexible hours. Is expected to adapt in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment. Assigned projects will change rapidly. Will be solely responsible for managing, coordinating and completing assigned projects. Due to sensitivity of departments, work assignments and work in progress, the highest commitment to confidentiality is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Supports the Special Projects Manager in creating and composing documentation. Edits pictures, videos and presentations as needed for company-wide communications such as the monthly newsletter. Follows all company-wide communication procedures. Performs administrative tasks as assigned. Continually develops application skills needed to improve execution of assigned tasks which include but are not limited to learning the Salesforce instance at Gaylor. Must be able to execute job functions while working closely with other members of the Gaylor team.

Follows all standard operating procedures. Must attend Company events and meetings. Actively participates in developing and implementing application enhancements and procedure/process updates. Creates company-wide documentation on the standard operating procedure of using the applications in coordination with corporate staff.

Qualifications

EDUCATION

Some college education preferred. Must be a high school graduate, holder of G.E.D., or equivalent studies/experience, technical certifications preferred .

EXPERIENCE

Strong administrative, computer, organization and communication skills required .

SPECIALIZED SKILLS

Must be fluent in Microsoft Office products (including but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint), Adobe Photoshop, Camtasia, or other video editing software, and web-based email creation software. Knowledge of Salesforce CRM application is preferred.
