Job description
The Talent Experience Specialist is responsible for providing newly hired team members with the highest level of our internal guest experience while providing the day-to-day administrative support to ensure they have a one-of-a-kind Spirit experience. The Talent Experience Specialist is the primary contact for participating talent.
- Provide concierge-level service, acting as the main point of contact for assigned Team Members from “offer accepted” to “day 1”, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
- Review and compose correspondence with Team Members.
- Create and delivers engaging new hire experiences.
- Manages and ensures flawless execution of assigned new hire programs (i.e., welcome gift program, badge process, technology provisioning).
- Ensures clarity and full preparation for day 1 training/onboarding.
- May perform other responsibilities as assigned. Responsibilities and duties may change when circumstances dictate (e.g., emergencies change in workload, rush jobs, or technical developments).
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry or customer service.
- Experience with coordinating a wide range of activities.
- Possess strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with ability to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally.
- Possess a high degree of poise and professionalism.
- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects efficiently while working independently with minimal oversight.
- Proven excellence in project management skills with keen eye for detail.
- Airline experience a plus.
- Hybrid - must be local to the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area.
- Domestic & international travel under 10% of time.
- Exert up to 25 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 lbs. of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. Physical demands are more than those of Sedentary work. Light work usually requires walking or standing to a significant degree.
