Leads the Inflight Training Specialists in a variety of administrative tasks to include trainee scheduling, OEs/RTLs, bulk-hires/terms, etc. Regularly conducts internal audits to ensure optimization of controls to ensure timely training logistics. Collaborates with Crew Train, Crew Plan, Crew Services, Inflight Ops and HR leaders during all phases of the Initial and Recurrent Training process.

Job Summary
Leads the Inflight Training Specialists in a variety of administrative tasks to include trainee scheduling, OEs/RTLs, bulk-hires/terms, etc. Regularly conducts internal audits to ensure optimization of controls to ensure timely training logistics. Collaborates with Crew Train, Crew Plan, Crew Services, Inflight Ops and HR leaders during all phases of the Initial and Recurrent Training process.
Responsibilities
Leads the team of Inflight Specialist- Training Records and paperwork audits
- Manage the Operating Experience (OE) process and RTLs
- Report relevant trends and drive continuous improvement
- Coordinates logistics for Inflight Training events at each Training location, FLL, MCO and LAS, (e.g. TTTs, etc.)
- Responsibility for the creation of the monthly Recurrent Training calendar
- Oversees the ordering of Inflight Training supplies (in alignment with budget)
- 30% travel estimated
Qualifications:
- Associates degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years’ experience in Inflight preferable
- Flight Attendant Certification optional
Excel skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, prioritization
- Domestic & International travel approximately 50% of time
- Exert up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. of force frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs. of force constantly to move objects
- 100% in office expectation
