Our St. Francis hospital is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for our Inpatient Rehab.

Advanced Primary Stroke Center Certification- Inpatient Rehab Stroke Certification
- Chest Pain Accreditation, by the Society of Cardiovascular Patient Care
- Breast Imaging Center of Excellence, by the American College of Radiology
- (CoC) Accreditation
- Performs speech and language evaluations, establishes plans of care, and assures delivery of prescribed care to assigned patients consistent with standards of practice defined by the American Speech - Language Hearing Association (ASHA) and the speech and language pathology practice act in the State of Kansas.
- Provides direction and clinical supervision to clinical support staff.
- Promotes speech and language pathology services and professional development throughout the organization and community.
- Works under the administrative direction of the Rehab Services Supervisor in assigned clinical area.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree from an accredited SLP program
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- CPR/BLS certification
- Broad knowledge of growth & development principles. Analytical skills to gather/interpret data relevant to patient care. Abiliity to prioritize and complete work in timely manner.
