What You'll Do:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contributes and assists in creating integrated content, affiliate, and influencer plans for Tuft & Needle, Serta, Beautyrest and Simmons to reach revenue and budget goals
- Translate a yearly calendar of promotions, campaigns, and communications efforts to the affiliate, influencer, and partnership space
- Supports strategy development and executes programming across affiliate, influencer, and publisher campaigns to drive growth, engagement, and link building
- Communicates with new and existing affiliates, content partners, and influencers to negotiate and secure paid placements, collaborations, and exclusives
- Assist in partnership management including campaign asset and promotional detail delivery, strategy sessions, and regularly scheduled program updates
- Responsible for execution of project lifecycles by developing detailed briefs for affiliate and influencer channels
- Manage product seeding and opportunistic efforts with select affiliate and influencer partners while adhering to monthly budget and free product allowance
- Track, analyze and report on the affiliate/influencer channel performance and test learnings to the broader marketing team and cross-functional partners
- Work with our product and engineering teams to enhance our site and platform as needed to integrate well with partners (EG: data feeds, tracking pixels, tagging)
How You'll Do It:
Technical Skills:
- Working knowledge of tracking parameters, pixels, and reporting in Google Analytics
- Experience in retail, mattress, bedding, and or home goods category
- Responsible for execution of project lifecycles by developing detailed briefs for affiliate and influencer channels
- Manage product seeding and opportunistic efforts with select affiliate and influencer partners while adhering to monthly budget and free product allowance
- Experience designing and implementing revenue share and CPA models to incentivize partners and maximize performance and value
- Strong budget management and project management skills; has a strong attention to details
- Basic understanding of HTML and SEO friendly link building is a plus
- General Understanding of SEO trends and how to use content marketing as a supplemental SERP strategy.

What You'll Bring:
RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE:
3-5 years of experience working in digital media space, with experience buying and executing influencer, content, and/or affiliate media in referenced platforms as part of an in-house or at an agency.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree; relevant industry credentials or certifications
