We are recruiting a Senior Android Developer


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate should be able to quickly make an impact on the mobile team and work with the larger product and engineering teams to deliver innovative and meaningful experiences, as an Android engineer, you will be an integral part of our tight-knit group of dedicated problem solvers

  • Deliver Android mobile experiences that are accessible, performant, highly crafted and engaging.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure the mobile experience is coherent
  • Work with the product development teams in driving innovative solutions for both the client and back end
  • Ensure all delivered user-facing elements follow accessibility and inclusivity standards defined by Google Play, WCAG, ADA, and MAS as appropriate

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5• Key Skills: Kotlin, Dagger framework, Java, MVVM, MVC

  • 5+ years of software development experience with 3+ years of experience developing native

Android mobile applications (including UI implementation, WebView integration, consumption of XML/JSON/REST services, and SQLite/databases)

  • 3+ years of experience in Android (Android Studio / Kotlin / Java / Android SDK)
  • Experience with the Android Material Design Interface Guidelines & Android app permissions
  • Experience using advanced Android capabilities including GCM/FCM, camera, Bluetooth, GoogleWallet, Messaging.
  • Solid knowledge of the mobile industry
  • Intimate knowledge of Android devices, platform and application experiences
  • Passion for great application architecture and user-experience
  • General understanding of mobile networking and cloud/content services
  • Strong cross-discipline and cross-team collaboration skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superior analytical abilities.
  • Ability to quickly learn/grasp new ideas and concepts.
  • Detail oriented, Hands-On, Comfortable “getting into the weeds”, Collaborative but Capable of functioning Independently.
  • High level of organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work at a rapid pace and meet deadlines.
  • Experience communicating with management teams at all levels.
  • Initiative and creativity with a passion to deliver quality results.
  • Ability to be onsite in Irving, Texas to support audit and compliance activities as need


BANK SECRECY ACT REQUIREMENTS

Responsible for adhering to the reporting and recordkeeping requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering rules and regulations, observing economic sanctions by prohibiting transactions as specified by the Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC), following the Company’s customer identification program (CIP) rules, observing all Company policies and procedures relating to BSA, OFAC, CIP, and related acts, and participation in ongoing related training.
