As Sr. Marketing Specialist at Insight, you will be a pivotal part of the demand gen team. In this role, you will collaborate with Insight internal stakeholders and SI partners to execute sales enablement and demand generation strategies to support sales pipeline growth and revenue, while aligning to the strategic go-to-market growth goals for Insight solutions. You will act as the main point of contact for the communication and implementation of marketing campaign tactics that accelerate revenue and margin performance.
Additionally, you will be leading programs that grow channel relationships and the overall marketing investment. You will work with a cross-functional team to effectively problem solve and provide compelling strategies that align with Insight's goals. You will be responsible for the management and reporting of marketing programs that support SI partners, making sure their investment is maximized across Insight's full portfolio of clients, and that profitability goals are met along with proof of performance requirements.
What you'll do at Insight:
Understand Insight’s go-to-market strategy, goals, and how marketing programs can contribute or align to achieve mutual success.
Understand Insight services and offerings that align to key focus areas
In collaboration with Insight’s go-to-market leaders, build relationships with solution partners: understand the goals of the partner, manage marketing development fund spend with, and build strategic go-to-market plans based on current Insight initiatives
Develop, launch and manage comprehensive and effective demand generation campaigns in collaboration with Insight’s content and digital marketing teams to grow Insight’s overall business.
Build and manage campaign target lists, and communicate campaign roll out to sales and business development teammates.
Oversee lead follow-up and conversion rates with leads
Ensure effective communication and launch of programs to business development team.
Track, measure, and report results and ROI of marketing campaigns
Ensure all necessary details around campaign launch date requirements, invoice info, partner POP requirements, and results are reported to internal and external stakeholders
Continually review processes to improve efficiency and communicates suggestions to marketing managers, senior marketing manager, and other management

BS/BA in Business, Marketing or other related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or product management within a Business-to-Business sales organization.
Experience and knowledge of marketing and project management software such as Workfront, Marketo, Adobe Analytics, Power BI, etc. preferred
Data Analytics experience preferred
Client-facing event planning experience preferred
Business-to-business marketing experience preferred
Experience marketing for technology software and/or other hardware vendors is preferred
High performer with track record of exceeding performance expectations and metrics
Experience with marketing automation, and CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
