Grow your career as Sr. Digital Designer within Inclusive Collection, one of our 14 industry-leading brands. In this role you will be responsible for elevating designs that effectively meet business objectives. You are a master at creative development, tools, and applications, with solid understanding of best practices in developing deliverables.

A successful Sr. Digital Designer will:

• Collaborate with the Art Director to assist in all phases of creative work from concept through to approvals and production.
• Lead larger campaign/project efforts working to mentor and inspire junior team members
• Produce digital and print-ready files according to specs
• Develop best-in-class designs for deliverables aligning with brand strategy across all channels and mediums including but not limited to print and digital collateral, social, logo development, and brand design.
• Exhibit exceptional time management, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Stay current on design trends, innovations, and technology
• Manage multiple team projects, troubleshoot issues/constraints, and drive a sense of urgency to meet deadlines

A successful Sr. Digital Designer will have:

• 7+ years of design as part of an ad agency or in-house team
• Must have an exceptional online portfolio that displays conceptual thinking and an expert understanding of color theory, layout, typography, and graphic design.
• 360 degree brand design experience (i.e., print, branding, social, some digital, environmental, events)
• Bachelor’s degree Graphic Design or similar
• Flexible and comfortable working both autonomously and collaboratively
• Elevated Typography skills and an eye for detail and quality
• Experience collaborating with Art Directors, designers. copywriters, and project managers
• Understanding and ability to lead the creative with digital and print production process awareness
• Proven project organization, attention to detail and time management skills
• Microsoft Office: Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
• Expert in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign)
• Experience working within Asset management systems
• Expert knowledge of print and digital file production
• Experience with Project Management Tools
• Working knowledge of After Effects and Anima
• Photo retouching
• Video Editing
• Experience working and creating for international markets
• Spanish fluency a plus, but not required to
