What does a great Sr Dispute Processing Associate do?A great Sr Dispute Processing Associte is highly-motivated, enthusiastic and ready to learn multiple Disputes reason codes and Network regulations. Willing to learn multiple processes, networks and line balance when needed.
This candidate will work in a team environment that handles multiple functions from a Dispute processing aspect. Candidate will be expected to process all stages (Retreival, 1st Chargeback, 1st Chargeback Reversal, and all exception types) of debit disputes for all networks on all platforms. Candidate will be responsible for maintaining service level agreements (SLA’s) and production standards. Must understand the importance of working Service Level Agreements and must be team oriented.
Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
1. Research, Evaluate and Process Incoming Debit Disputes and representments for assigned platforms.
2. Manage disputes via electronic and manual processes based on platform and merchant setup.
3. Process time sensitive cases for various debit card networks regulatory guidelines and client requirements
4. Make case decisions within established Network regulation guidelines regarding the different work types of various transactions
5. Access confidential information from both merchant and cardholders/issuing bank
6. Perform duties under moderate supervision with standard procedures and referring the most complex issues to higher levels
7. General computer skills required
8. Must have a strong attention to detail
