Job Description


The DTC Merchandising Manager is responsible for optimizing our onsite experience at Cricut.com to drive business growth by guiding their direct team and the cross-functional teams to create fast, easy and meaningful shopping experiences for our consumer that improve overall revenue and margin performance.


Responsibilities include:

  • Execution of online merchandising strategies, with the goal of optimizing the customer experience to increase sales, improves conversion rates, and decrease bounce rates.

  • Ensuring that site content is correctly prioritized, optimized, and refreshed to create clear, accurate, and effective customer shopping experiences.

  • Successful execution and implementation of seasonal campaigns into the customer journey and through site merchandising.

  • Site Optimization efforts and experimentation including testing and creative optimization

  • Weekly and monthly reporting and analysis of operating and financial performance

  • Lead strategic projects to help drive overall site performance

  • Product selling support motions based on data-driven analysis

  • Cross functional team partnership with multiple stakeholders

  • Expert use of data to make optimal decisions and recommendations for website content. Comfortable working with large data sets to find key insights and interpret data into visual presentations.

  • Strong project management over a variety of tasks with varying deadlines and priorities. Knows how to manage time and get things done in a fast-paced atmosphere.

  • Creation, curation, and optimization of customer journeys to maximize learning and buying for our customers.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or other related field preferred

  • 3+ years experience in retail, ecommerce, marketing or business-related roles OR 3+ years of experience executing online customer experiences or other relevant customer experience background.

  • Experience leveraging Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

  • Passion for personalization, data-driven marketing and building programs that drive incremental results.

  • Great organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to execute flawlessly.

  • Strong ability to work across a variety of tasks with varying deadlines and priorities. Knows how to manage time and get things done in a fast-paced atmosphere.

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast paced, with a growth mindset.

  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines with minimal oversight.

  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
