Our clinet is looking for Customer Service Representative to join their team. Employees are responsible for delivering superior customer service to clients and and building customer satisfaction and loyalty. Customer requests range from basic product and contract inquiries to more complex transactions and problem resolution.
Responsibilities: Deliver trusted, professional, and reliable service to clients and build customer satisfaction and loyalty Meet quality expectations to ensure a positive client experience Meet productivity expectations Provide effective and timely resolution of a range of customer inquiries Complete ongoing training to stay up to date on product, industry, service and policy changes
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
