Scope
The Sr. Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for maintaining the company's facility support equipment and production machinery, as well as warehousing operations support, and other related duties that support daily business operational functions. Mechanical maintenance specialists conduct preventive, predictive and repair maintenance, provide support to operations, and perform troubleshooting to maintain optimal performance and product standards.
Compensation:
Starting $45/hr + OT (DOE)
Night Shift Differential: +$2.00
Sign-on Bonus: $1,000
3 months: $500
6 months: $500
What You Will do:
- Work directly with plant leadership to develop and execute projects involving continuous improvement, upgrades, and the resolution of re-occurring problems
- Rapid identification of machine problems to minimize equipment downtime with root cause
- Blow molding, inclusive of PET processing, machine set-up, mold changes, and quality inspection systems
- Filling/capping, beverage processing methods, cap feeding systems with light closures, vision inspections systems and laser date coders, quality/sanitation standards, and conveying systems
- Labeling technology, roll-fed and/or cut and stack, machine set-up, hot melt gluing systems, and conveying systems
- Dry-end packaging including case packers, case conveyors, conventional and robotic palletizers, and stretch wrappers. Machine set-up required for all pack size changes
- Common OEM’s for production equipment: Krones
What You Need
1. 7 years of bottling experience
2. Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of production, operations or logistics experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR
3. High School diploma or state-issued equivalency certificate plus 7 years of production, operations or logistics experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility
4. 7+ years industrial mechanical experience or two-year technical degree preferred
What Will Set You Apart
1. 5+ years of technical production/operations or technical maintenance experience
2. 5+ years advanced experience working directly in the repair, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance and efficiency maximization of bottling line mechanical and electrical equipment

Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
