We are seeking a candidate with a passion for aerospace to join our team within the Hot Section engineering discipline. We are in West Palm Beach, Florida and have an opening for a Sr. Production Technician in the Hot Section Engineering (HSE) Product Definition group. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career using CAD & PDM tools while working in a world class organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with Core PD team, Design Integration engineers, Assembly Operation designers, and Module Center personnel to produce System Level Product Definition: NX graphically driven Non-Machine Assembly Drawings, Engine Assembly Instructions, Cross Sections, Balance Layouts, Bill of Material Configurations; Model Base Definition initiatives: NX CAD Model Animations, 3DCS tolerance stacks, 3D Cross Sections, Gapping & Clearances
• Lead small teams to meet and maintain program deliverables.
• Initiate or support technical meetings and assist subject matter experts to create and maintain complex parametric 3D models and related configurations.
• Develop and mentor product definition drafters to improve skill levels
• Work with senior staff to prepare and monitor program budgets.

Basic Qualifications:

• HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• US Citizen due to government contracts.
• Active Security Clearance or must be able to obtain.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficient with GD&T.
• Strong skills in NX and Team Center tools and processes.
• Strong communication and teaming skills.
• Active Security Clearance.

• Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.

Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.
