Senior Project Manager (SDLC) - Columbia, SC - 14313
SYSTEMTEC is seeking Sr. Project Managers for an opportunity based in Columbia, SC. Local candidates preferred but remote flexibility available for ideal candidates who are able to come onsite as needed.
The Senior Project Managers will lead initiatives around SDLC and banking projects. The Sr. PM will plan, manage and deliver distinct projects through all phases while providing leadership, direction and coaching to teams as they partner with multiple lines of business.
Virtual/work from home? Remote flexibility available for ideal candidates if they are able to come onsite as needed.

Responsibilities of the Senior Project Manager:
- Manage all aspects of assigned project(s).
- Identify stakeholders, evaluate project management approach, work with IT and business teams to formulate a viable plan to solve project objectives.
- Create and manage Business Case, SOW, Work Plans, Risk Logs, Meeting Minutes, Testing Schedules, Implementation Schedule, Change Logs, Lessons Learned and accurately communicate project status as needed.
Requirements of the Senior Project Manager:
- Experience managing all phases of SDLC projects from design, setting up teams, providing weekly status updates, hosting regular meetings, to closing the project and regular follow up.
- Traditional Project Management experience following PMBOK.
- Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
- Work with all levels of stakeholders, including C-level executives.

Pay: $107,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
