Job Introduction:
Maximus is currently looking for a Sr Recruitment Analysis Analyst to join our Veterans Evaluation Services team. This is a remote opportunity. The Sr Recruitment Analysis Analyst strategically and independently analyzes and assigns all recruitment requests by supervisor and region; will be required to maintain professional working relationships with both internal and external entities to ensure proper processes and procedures.
Job Summary:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Strategically and independently analyze and assign all recruitment requests by supervisor and region; will be required to maintain professional working relationships with both internal and external entities to ensure proper processes and procedures.
  • Initiate, develop, and facilitate appropriate level training for recruitment department and external users on systems processes.
  • Be a Subject Matter Expert with all tracking systems. Create and structure manuals and guides for all users to understand and follow as documented sources.
  • Analyze and maintain data/spreadsheets. Ensure complete accuracy on all data within the operating systems; identify and address areas of inaccuracies, communicate with different departments to facilitate processes and oversee provider progress throughout onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate metrics and systems for routine reporting as identified. Create and submit required reports to all echelons as identified and be able to speak on the data being reported, as necessary.
  • Assist with promoting the company to external agencies through supporting conventions, events, and other means as identified.
  • Communicate and maintain a professional working relationship with leadership, various departments, and team as appropriate.
  • Assist with implementing resources, tools, guides, and any additional support to recruit providers at the maximum capacity and maintaining all documents in a strategic and organized manner.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 5 years of related experience.

  • Strong ability to coordinate travel arrangement.

  • Proficient typing skills.
  • Proficient with Share Point, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, general internet research, and Microsoft Excel.

  • Preferred Windows or Mac (no Chromebooks)
    • OS for Windows – Windows 10 or newer

  • Connectivity to the internet via either Wi-Fi or Category 5 or 6 ethernet patch cable to the home router
  • USB plug and play wired headset with a microphone and noise suppression
  • Private work area and adequate power source
  • A second monitor is highly recommended for most positions
