The position is responsible for Architecture, design, development and implementing solutions to support AltaMed initiatives for data and analytics solutions. Ideal candidate will be capable of combining their knowledge of technology, development experience to build, deliver & maintain effective, accurate and timely reporting, analytics, business intelligence solutions. Manage designs and constructs of our enterprise-wide reporting and analytics architecture to support all the line of business decision making. Responsible for overall reporting architecture strategy and day-to-day delivery of report solution. Focus on enhancing our data and analytics platform to meet the evolving and complex data needs for our business and products. Responsibilities will also include building policies, standards, process & best practices. Lead, develop, strategize & execute holistic reporting solution that will make it easier to manage and deliver information.

• Work closely with Data integration team to stage data for the reporting requirement
• Build rich visualization dashboards using tableau , SSRS and other relevant technologies
• Perform report administration & user access provisioning activities for optimized performance
• Support business team for self-service and ad-hoc activities
• Set standards for reporting & BI functions; design templates which are scalable, repeatable, and simple
• Work with business teams to understand their unique business and technical requirements for tools and analytics
• Lead the requirement gathering, design and development of reporting solution using various tools e.g Tableau, MS SSRS for all different types of reporting for all LOB.
• Lead the development of Master Reporting Inventory as part of Data Governance initiatives.
• Effective collaboration with multiple levels of end users including data stewards, leadership and management, executive and other end users.
• Led the reporting design and architecture and work closely with infrastructure to meet the needs of the business
• Work with other technical staff, such as networking to ensure connectivity, compatibility, and scalability of reporting platform & systems
• Support ongoing monitoring, automation and refinement of reporting solutions
• Work with management to identify and resolve reporting related issues
• Participate in process reviews and enhancements.
• Participate in design and delivery of cubes, dashboards and various self-service business intelligence solutions.
• Maintains a high degree of business functional knowledge and current automated technologies and tools.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems/Computer Science (or equivalent) required.
• Overall 7+ years of experience with business intelligence, Reporting and analytics and technologies such as Tableau, Microsoft BI Stack
• Deep understanding of Reporting and BI architecture experience with Tableau, MSBI stack
• Experienced in writing complex sql queries and stored process for reporting
• Deep understanding of healthcare data and experience interfacing with business SME to setup heath care analytics program & solutions.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities evidenced by a proven ability to quantitatively and qualitatively analyze product concepts and strategic opportunities.
• Demonstrated experience in managing reporting and analytics tech resources to deliver healthcare business intelligence & reporting solution.
• Excellent oral and written communication, negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Good business understanding and ability to convert complex business needs into efficient and accurate reporting
• 4+ Healthcare knowledge/background
