Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated, data-driven individual to become an integral member of the Workplace Research & Innovation team as a Senior Research Analyst. You will use a range of research and analytic methods to design, execute, & interpret research focused on workplace experience and design, both internally and for C&W clients.
You are experienced in primary consumer or employee research and you are a strategic and creative thinker. The ideal candidate will have strong data analysis, research methodology, writing, communication, and project management skills and a track record of working successfully independently and as part of a team. We love to experiment in our approach and delivery, and we're looking for someone who is energized by this.
You will report to the Global Director of Workplace and Innovation (US-based).
Job Description
Your day to day:
- Partner with Workplace Strategists to execute and manage client research requests, including project scoping, research design, and data collection
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative research data to develop clear, concise, and insightful presentations with top notch visuals that tell a clear and actionable story
- Present sections of a presentation in a clear and engaging way during client meetings
- Work directly with the Global Director of Workplace Research & Innovation to build and deploy workplace research best practices across the firm, including the development of proprietary or differentiating tools, processes, and capabilities
- Coach and develop more junior workplace consultants and analysts on research and data analysis best practices
- Assist in the preparation of pitches and thought leadership reports, contributing charts, research, or other information.

You have:
- Bachelor's degree with a strong background in business, analytics, market research, or behavioral sciences (e.g., Psychology, Cognitive Science, Behavioral Economics/Decision Sciences, etc.)
- 2+ years of experience in consumer or employee research
- 2+ years’ experience in a corporate setting (doesn’t have to be real estate)
- Strong set of research skills and first-hand experience with a range of qualitative and quantitative techniques such as survey design, 1:1 interviews/IDI’s, focus groups, concept testing, segmentation, conjoint or discrete choice-based methods, and experimental design
- Team-oriented mindset. Great at working within team environments and getting stuff done together.
- Interest in working with cross-cultural teams and clients
- Ability to draw insights from data and communicate them in a compelling way to non-technical audiences
- Excellent project management and thought leadership skills; strong collaboration/teamwork skills; a problem-solver with a results orientation
- Strong communication skills and high degree of comfort with influencing and communicating a point of view to senior-level members of the team
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Advanced proficiency with survey software (Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, etc.)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $97,000.00 per year
