About This Opportunity

JOB TITLE: Sr. Treasury Analyst
POSITION TYPE: Full time
CLASSIFICATION: Exempt

As a key member of the Foremost Farms Finance team, the Financial Analyst is responsible for ensuring efficient Treasury management to support our operations. You will join a team and support Treasury functions to update, review, analyze and report on the daily cash position, maintain cash forecasting, and contribute to cash management strategy. You will be a strategic member of a team always looking to improve processes and establish best-in-class Treasury procedures for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Update, review, analyze and report on the daily cash position worksheet; prepare for and lead daily cash meetings, bi-monthly variance reporting, and monthly Long Term Forecast reporting, and lead meeting to senior management on those reports.
• Daily duties will include reviewing bank statements, reviewing invoices for reasonableness, executing edits and submitting for payment, performing ACH and wire transfers, management of positive pay files and intercompany transactions, processing taxes, producing and maintaining accurate cash forecasts, assessing liability levels, and tracking investment income.
• Reconcile bank statements and cash sheets in support of General Accounting and Audit.
• Retain banking documents and provide audit support.
• Prepare end of month journal entries and reports, execute account reconciliations and resolve related inquiries.
• Monthly duties will include preparation of monthly borrowing base certificates, annual and semi-annual bank reporting requirements, quarterly bank covenant rations, utilizing resources to automate the reporting process and prepare monthly payment entries for recurring invoices such as corporate credit cards, bank fees, interest billing, etc.
• Other duties will include maintaining the corporate credit card account program for employees; troubleshoot systems and cash sheet for errors and identify solutions; developing effective relationships with banking partners, department leaders, and peers to ensure information accuracy.
• Prepare customer applications, run D&B reports and send reference requests, reporting information to upper management.
• Ad hoc projects as assigned to align, grow and streamline the Treasury functions and cash management.
