Mandatory Skills
• Visual designer with education in Graphic Design background
• UX design
- As a Visual Designer, you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards.
- Should have experience in Enterprise application designing
- Good understanding of User centric design principles
- Good understanding of Visual Design Principles
- Satisfy user needs through well thought out visual designs
- Create visual design mockups, icons, UI components
- Good understanding of various design systems
- Create visual design specifications
- Proficiency with design tools (e.g. Sketch, Figma)
- Experience in collaborating with multidisciplinary UX and product teams
- Strong understanding of Agile/Lean UX methodologies
- Experience in implementing design system and guiding development teams
- Effectively communicate and talk on UX process used to create design
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or Relevant experience required
- Technical Certifications are desirable

Salary: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
