Reports to the Director of the department. Responsible for assessing, formulating plan of care, implementing and evaluating nursing care for Samaritan Center’s inpatient unit. Is a leader and collaborates with the healthcare team to promote a world class environment.One year nursing experience (mental health or med/surg experience preferred). Current Indiana RN license required.
