Preschool Staff Support Teachers Wanted!

The Goddard School is a private school for early childhood preschool education offering programs for children ages 6 weeks to 6 years. It is our goal to provide a safe and nurturing environment for each child while offering them the opportunity to develop their natural curiosity and creativity as well as a lifelong love of learning.

We are currently seeking energetic, patient, caring preschool and school-age/early elementary teacher-caregivers whose love of children and learning make them the perfect fit to support our Infant, Toddler, Preschool and Elementary/School-age classrooms! We are looking to fill full time and part time teaching positions. Starting salary $15 hourly. Guaranteed 40 hours/week for fulltime positions.

Preschool Staff Support Teacher requirements include:

• High school diploma, BA or AA in early childhood education or related field
• Teaching-caregiving experience at early childhood, preschool or elementary level preferred
• Must pass Ohio BCI&I and FBI background checks
• Ability to work effectively with adults and children
• Willingness to attend training in child abuse recognition/prevention, CPR, first aid, and management of communicable disease
• Provide age-appropriate individual and group instruction/tutoring designed to meet individual needs of children
• Stay knowledgeable in all state licensing duties and Goddard Quality Assurance standards to ensure classroom maintains compliance with the rules
• Parent communication including daily feedback and semi-annual progress reports
• Develop daily and long-range lesson plans

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $15.50 per hour
