Suma Homecare is looking for an individual who will deliver exceptional customer service to our clients and caregivers. Duties will include enrolling caregivers onto the EVV application, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring time and attendance tracking through the EVV platform is accurate and compliant. An experienced individual with HHA Exchange System is highly preferred.
Communicates effectively with clients, caregivers, and corporate staff- Delivers exceptional and compassionate customer service and problem resolutions
- Carries out EVV Training and orientation on HHAX clock in and out, dos and don’ts to all new caregivers.
- Administers client scheduling and ensures the schedule is per the approved plan by the client.
- Monitors EVV clocking and out daily reaches out to clients for missed clocks, confirms visits with clients,s and proceeds to link the calls as confirmed.
- Provides staffing to patients and proactively requests additional caregivers.
- Monitors and checks authorizations and ensures no understaffing or lack there.
- Notifies the Service Coordinator, the client, and caregiver of pending authorization expiry.
- Troubleshooting EVV and other HHAX-related issues
- Prepares reports as requested
