Overview:Job Title: Steward Dishwasher
Salary/Shift: $20 Days/Swings: $22: Nights/Grave
Status: Full Time and Part Time
Shift: Days, Swings, Nights

Responsibilities:

• Operates an industrial dishwasher/glass washer
• Operates 3 Compartment sink
• Wash dishes and other items by hand when necessary
• Empty and clean all trash receptacles all around the galley area
• Stocks supplies for hand washing stations (soap and paper towels)
• Always follow sanitation policies
• Frequent sanitation of the table tops
• Broom and mop the galley area as and when needed
• Occasional deep clean of restaurant areas
• Regular cleaning of galley equipment’s during operation
• Cleaning of DFF (Deep Fat Fryers), Grills, Flat tops as and when needed for regular operation of the galley
• Provides assistance to prep cook and other kitchen staff as needed
• Follow supervisors’ instructions

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to stand for duration of shift
• Must be able to bend, stoop and continuously use hands
• Ability to push and pull up to 25lbs pounds and occasionally up to 45lbs
• Ability to work in a hot and/or humid environment
• Ability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays when needed
• Should be flexible in the shift timings
• Successfully pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen
